As one of Generation Marketing's Co-Founders, Eden is responsible for defining and growing the Generation Marketing brand, as well as helping to accelerate growth through performance marketing and acquisition. Prior to joining Generation Marketing, Eden worked at various marketing roles within startup organizations, helping them achieve product-market fit through growth marketing. He has a Bachelor of Administration from Reichman University with a specialization in Finance. On the weekends, you can find Eden playing basketball or eating sushi with this wife.

As one of Generation Marketing's Co-Founders, Eli provides strategic guidance on the growth of the company and client success. As a prior Director of Marketing at Afton Properties, Eli brings in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of property management and directs the vision behind our top accounts. Eli describes himself as "extremely passionate about the future of leasing & marketing in multifamily" and is constantly brainstorming ways to use technology to transform the resident experience, all while delivering the very best results to our clientele. Outside of the office, you can find Eli ziplining down a cliff in Costa Rica or trying to convince his friends that they should get tacos for the fifth night in a row.

Jacob Blanton

As Generation Marketing's Director of Operations Jacob works alongside our team of designers & marketers to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality design products & campaigns for our clients. He is an experienced project manager, holding management-level roles at Afton Properties and Cal-Quake Construction. Jacob is our "process guy" and finds deep satisfaction in creating highly efficient business processes. On the weekends, you can find Jacob jamming out on his personal turntables or researching the next cooking utensil that will take his chef skills to the next level.
